1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and tgp ("the Platform") governing your access to and use of all services available at tgp.onl. This includes account registration, deposits, betting, gaming, withdrawals, participation in promotions, and any other features provided by the Platform.

By registering an account or using any part of the tgp platform, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all players accessing tgp from the Philippines.

2. Eligibility

To register and use tgp, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of use.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf — not on behalf of another individual or a corporate entity.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion arrangement that would prohibit you from accessing online gaming services.

tgp reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to have been created by or on behalf of ineligible persons will be suspended pending investigation. Any funds held in such accounts may be forfeited.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of tgp complies with applicable local laws.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one active tgp account. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, and a valid contact email and mobile number. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms.

Account verification (KYC) is required before withdrawals can be processed. You will be asked to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID and any additional documents required to confirm your identity and residential address. tgp uses OTP and SSL security protocols to protect your account during registration and login.

You may not transfer, sell, or share your account with any other person. tgp accounts are personal to the registered holder.

4. Deposits and Payments

All deposits on tgp are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The Platform accepts deposits via Philippine bank transfer and local e-wallets. Currency conversion is not offered — only PHP transactions are accepted.

Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. tgp reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may vary by payment method. These are displayed during the deposit process in your account. tgp does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as deposit methods.

Processing times depend on your chosen payment method. Deposits made via local e-wallets are generally credited quickly, while bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank. tgp is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals on tgp are paid out in Philippine Peso (PHP) to a verified payment method registered in your name. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal can be processed.

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated in your account. VIP members at higher tiers benefit from priority processing. tgp is not liable for delays caused by external banks or e-wallet providers.

tgp reserves the right to carry out additional identity and source-of-funds checks before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard part of financial compliance and does not imply wrongdoing.

Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account. Any bonus funds subject to active turnover requirements are not available for withdrawal until those requirements have been fully met.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

tgp offers various promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback, and VIP-specific rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own individual terms, which are displayed in full in the Promotions section of your account.

General conditions that apply to all tgp promotions include:

• Bonuses are credited in PHP and are subject to turnover requirements before they become withdrawable.
• Each promotion specifies the eligible game categories, minimum qualifying deposit, and validity period.
• One promotion per player, per offer period, unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• tgp reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Suspected abuse of promotions — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts or coordinated betting — will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account action.

7. Gameplay and Betting Rules

tgp offers multiple game categories including slots, live casino, sports betting, fish games, eBingo, and online poker. Each category and individual game may have its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game or game category section.

Sports betting markets — including PBA, boxing, volleyball, esports, football, and international competitions — are governed by the betting rules published in the Betting section of the Platform. These include rules on settlement, void bets, and in-play wagering.

In the event of a technical error or malfunction during a game or betting event, tgp reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. The Platform is not liable for losses arising from technical faults outside its reasonable control.

Bets placed and accepted are binding. Players are responsible for verifying their selections before confirming any bet. tgp does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error by the player.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on tgp and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or other tools to gain an automated or unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino, or any other game category.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or tamper with the tgp platform or its games.
• Deliberately exploiting errors, glitches, or miscalculated odds.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Abusing promotions through coordinated betting, account farming, or any other exploitative method.

tgp monitors accounts for unusual activity and reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct before taking action.

9. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tgp username and password. tgp will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.

tgp uses SSL encryption and OTP verification to protect account access. You are responsible for any activity that occurs on your account while you are logged in or if you have shared your credentials with another person.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact tgp support immediately using the email address shown in the footer of this page. tgp will investigate and take appropriate action to secure your account.

10. Responsible Gaming

tgp is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players manage their activity. Online gaming is intended as entertainment. It involves financial risk and does not guarantee profit.

Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time reminders, and to take breaks. For significant changes that materially affect your rights, tgp will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-account notification prior to the changes taking effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the Platform and may close your account.
